Warranty Registration & Returns
The Lifetime Limited Warranty applies to All American 1930 Cookware, Bakeware, Dutch Ovens, and Pressure Cooker/Canners. If the product becomes defective within the warranty period, All American 1930 will repair or replace it at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage to products resulting from misuse, overheating, accidents or alterations to the product.
The One-Year Limited Warranty covers All American 1930 Sterilizers and Can Seamers/Sealers, which are classified as commercial-use products. This warranty protects against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of the original purchase. If the product becomes defective within the warranty period, All American 1930 will repair or replace it at our discretion. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. This warranty does not cover damage to the products resulting from misuse, overheating, accidents or alterations to the product.

A Return Authorization Number is required by our company to return any product manufactured by All American 1930. You must contact us for all returns for Return Authorization Number by calling our customer service phone number 920-686-2701. With any products returned to All American 1930, you must include paperwork stating the reason for the return and a point of contact for questions. We need to know when and where the items(s) were purchased, model numbers, quantities, etc.
Merchandise returned without a Return Authorization Number will be refused. All defective merchandise must be returned to our factory before credit or replacement will be issued. Do not destroy the merchandise. Return the product postage prepaid to:
