ALL AMERICAN 1930 LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY
This Lifetime Limited Warranty applies to certain All American 1930 cookware, bakeware, Dutch ovens, and pressure cooker/canners (the “Product”). This warranty does not apply to All-American 1930 sterilizers and can seamers, which are considered commercial use products, or any Product used for commercial use.
This Product is designed and manufactured to provide many years of satisfactory performance under normal household use, and with proper maintenance. Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry Co., Inc. (“Warrantor”) pledges to the original purchaser of this product a desire to stand behind its products and ensure customers are satisfied with this product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Who is covered by this warranty?
This Lifetime Limited Warranty covers only the original retail consumer purchaser of the Product, or a consumer who receives the Product new and unused as a gift from the original retail consumer purchaser, with proof of purchase (“Covered Consumer”). This warranty is void if the Product is transferred or sold to someone other than the original retail consumer purchaser, or a consumer who receives the Product new and unused as a gift from the original retail purchaser with proof of purchase.
Non-retail consumers or users of the Product are not covered by this warranty, and all warranties, express and implied, for non-retail consumers are disclaimed.
What does this warranty cover?
The Lifetime Limited Warranty applies to All-American 1930 cookware, bakeware, Dutch ovens, and pressure cooker/canners (the “Product”) sold on or after [September 1, 2024], which are used for normal household use.
Warrantor warrants to a Covered Consumer that the Product shall be free of any defects in material or workmanship attributable to Warrantor (“Warranty Period”) for as long as said consumer owns the Product. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty coverage.
What will All American 1930 do?
At Warrantor’s sole option, in the event of defect, malfunction, or failure to conform with this written warranty, Warrantor will repair or replace the Product, without charge. If replaced, Warrantor at its sole option will replace the Product with a similar product, or one of equivalent value if a similar product is no longer in production. Replacement with the same color of product cannot be guaranteed. All Warrantor’s expenses in remedying the defect or nonconformity shall be borne by Warrantor.
What must you do to obtain warranty coverage?
To make a claim under this Lifetime Limited Warranty, a Covered Consumer must first contact our Customer Support Team at 1-920-686-2701 or at customerrelations@wafco.com and they will provide you with directions regarding your claim. The Covered Consumer must contact our Customer Support Team for warranty service within 30 business days after discovery of the defect or nonconformity. If the issue is determined to be a defect or nonconformity, All American 1930 will repair or replace the product, without charge. However, if the issue is identified as user error, the Covered Consumer will be charged for both the inbound and outbound shipping, as well as any labor and repair costs.
What does this warranty not cover?
Warrantor expressly disclaims any responsibility for damage to the Product due to abuse, misuse, modifications or alterations, commercial use or other non-consumer use, neglect, abnormal wear and tear, overheating, or any use not in accordance with the instructions provided with the Product and/or failure to follow instructions provided with the Product. This warranty does not cover consequential or incidental damages, such as the cost of repairing or replacing other property that is damaged due to a defect in the Product, the cost for transportation of the Product to get warranty service, loss of time, loss of use, or other consequential or incidental damages.
The following components are excluded from warranty coverage:
- If the Product is a Pressure Cooker/Canner: the pressure gauge, overpressure plug, wingnuts, clamp bolt, pin for clamp bolt and racks.
- If the Product is a Dutch Oven: the cover knob that is attached to the lid.
Are there limitations on actions to this warranty?
No action to enforce any warranty against Warrantor shall be commenced without prior written notice to Warrantor, and an opportunity for Warrantor to repair or replace the Product within sixty (60) days of such notice. No legal action to enforce any warranty, express or implied, against Warrantor shall be filed later than ninety (90) days after the expiration of the Warranty Period.
What legal remedies are available under this warranty?
The sole remedy shall be repair or replacement, at Warrantor’s sole discretion. Warrantor shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
How long does this warranty last?
This Lifetime Limited Warranty applies from the original date of purchase and for as long as a Covered Consumer owns the product. Proof of purchase is required.
When will Warrantor perform warranty obligations?
Warrantor shall remedy the defect or nonconformity within 30 business days pending unforeseen circumstances after receiving the returned Product.
How does state law apply to this warranty?
This Lifetime Limited Warranty does not extend any implied warranty provided by any state law to a consumer.
