Lasagna in the XL Bake Pan
Updated September 04, 2026
Ingredients
1 (9 ounce box of no-boil lasagna noodles
2 eggs
1 (15 ounce) container ricotta cheese
4 cups shredded mozzerella cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 lb ground beef
1 (24 ounce) jar of marinara sauce
Directions
- Brown the beef. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess grease, then stir in the marinara sauce. Set aside.
- Prepare the cheese mixture. In a large bowl, beat the eggs. Add the ricotta cheese, 2 cups of shredded mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until well combined.
- Preheat the oven. Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Build the lasagna. Spread a layer of the meat and marinara mixture evenly across the bottom of the XL Bake Pan. Add a layer of uncooked lasagna noodles, followed by the ricotta cheese mixture, another layer of the meat and marinara mixture, and shredded mozzarella. Be sure to leave enough mozzarella for the top.
- Repeat the layers. Continue layering the noodles, ricotta cheese mixture, meat and marinara mixture, and mozzarella until all the ingredients have been used.
- Top with cheese. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella evenly over the top of the lasagna.
- Bake. Cover the XL Bake Pan tightly with aluminum foil and bake at 375°F for 50–60 minutes, or until the noodles are tender and the lasagna is heated through.
- Serve. Carefully remove the foil and let the lasagna rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
